This demonstration only shows the planning area of the site which now also includes an Online Incident Management area where managers can record, manage and report real incidents. There are passworded areas for the crisis team and a bulletin board for staff communications, an excellent facility in a denial of access situation and for firms with a branch structure. It allows remotely located management to maintain a watch on the incident and participate in its management from anywhere with internet facilities.

CrisisPro Online helps you to develop a site-specific business continuity plan. It is designed for SME sector and small corporate firms and organisations including professional services, office-based organisations, finance sector, manufacturers, processors, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, garages, hotels, restaurants, food sector, care establishments and small local authorities.

It is suitable for multi-site organisations but you will need separate logins in order to create a customised plan for each site. Where there is sufficient commonality in your sites, you may choose to use one login to create a template plan as a Word document then replicate and personalise it for each site. 

CrisisPro Online is not intended for global or large corporate organisations with complex management structures, large local authorities or those with exceptional safety considerations such as hospitals, refineries, chemical plants, nuclear establishments, power stations or utilities.

Our program is attuned to BS25999, the British Standard for Continuity Management, since it addresses many aspects of the Code of Practice. Users should be aware that, whilst a Business Continuity Plan is a major component of required practice, there are further aspects of compliance which fall outside the scope of this program. Enquiries should be made to The British Standards Institute or another appropriate agency for full details of the compliance requirement.

Evidence of contingency planning is increasingly sought by regulators, insurers, bankers, investors and key customers. In addition to producing a Business Continuity Plan with contingency arrangements for your chosen range of incidents, our program also generates a Control Report so you can demonstrate to an assessor that a thorough approach has been taken to continuity planning.
